The project of Customer Satisfaction Investigation for Huatong Clients was started on March 1th, 2009, this investigation aimed at the clients of electric wire and cable for equipment in domestic with face to face. The project was carried by headquarter with a special team which will last one month. From the investigation we hope we can get the destination of knowing more about clients, making improvement plan, exploiting new market area and expanding Huatong brand, fostering a good company image.
