From March 2 to March 9, 2012, Huatong cable made a new staff training in headquarter in Luoyang, there is 20 new employees, coming from Supply department, E-commerce Department and Sales Department, the training involved the introduction of Huatong cable, the awareness of clients and quality, the efficiency of document making, the importance of team, the training of achieving goal, outdoor training and so on, the abundant content of training and the positive attitude of employee made the training to be a great success. This training made the new staff know the Huatong cable deeper, and also laid a good foundation for them to enter Huatong family quickly. As the general manage and an elder man in Huatong, Mr Shi Linhai took time out of a busy schedule to make a meaningful speech, and expected so much on new staff, he wore them with company badge and welcomed them to be members of Huatong.
